大庆油田机械堵水技术的发展及展望

摘    要:通过分析大庆油田不同含水开发阶段,控水措施面临的阶段矛盾。论述了机械堵水技术随着矛盾的转变,在不断发展完善,对采出剖面调整起着重要的作用,封隔器由挤压式逐步发展为压缩式、平衡压缩式,提高了工艺的密封率和成功率;堵水器由同心式配产器逐步发展为偏心式配产器、滑套式堵水器、液压式一次可调层堵水器、机械式和液压式重复可调层堵水器,实现了不动管柱分层调配,降低了作业成本,提高了工艺有效率;管柱由整体式发展为丢手式,克服了整体管柱泵抽时上下蠕动,提高了封隔器的密封性。并分析了特高含水期开发阶段油井控水技术将面临着多层高含水,且相对暂时性加剧的矛盾,“十一五”期间及以后堵水技术应向地面方便重复调层的分层采油技术及智能分采技术方向发展。

Abstract:Based on studying the main problems of water control measures in different stages of development with rising water rate in Daqing Oilfield,this paper presents the continuing proceedings of water-plugging technology and its important role for adjusting the production profile.The packers were gradually developed into compressional and balanced compressional ones from extrusive ones,which improved the sealing rate and success rate;the plugging tools were gradually developed into eccentric distributor,sliding sleeve equipment,one-time hydraulic adjustable plugging equipment,mechanic and repeatable hydraulic adjustable plugging equipment,which can adjust the production profile without tripping the string,so that the workover cost is decreased and the effectiveness rate is increased;the tubing strings were developed into suspending ones from integrated ones,which can get over the creepage of the string during pumping,so that the packer sealing rate is improved.Also,the problems of water control technology during super-high water cut stage,which are faced the multi-layer high water rate and relatively get worse temporarily,are analyzed.The water-plugging technology during '11th five-year stage' and later should be developed towards separate-layer production technology which is repeatable and adjustable on surface as well as the intelligent separate-layer production technology.
