家庭康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的影响

目的观察家庭康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法将64例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为家庭康复护理组(32例)和对照组(32例),2组患者住院期间均接受过系统康复治疗,患者出院回家后,对照组在每天康复护理与否、康复护理时间和内容等方面完全由自己掌握;家庭康复护理组则严格按照康复护理计划所规定的康复护理时间和内容实施,并每2周来康复门诊评估指导一次,每4周家庭随访评估指导一次。采用Fugl-Meyer评测法及改良Barthel指数分别于入选治疗前、治疗3个月后对2组患者进行评定。结果治疗3个月后,2组患者FMA积分和MBI积分均较治疗前显著性提高(P均<0.05),但家庭康复护理组运动功能和日常活动能力恢复均显著优于对照组(P均<0.001)。结论家庭康复护理可以明显地提高脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能。

The Effect Analysis of Family Rehabilitation Nurse Plan on Motor Function Recovery of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective To study the effects of family rehabilitation nurse plan（FRNP） on motor function recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, FRNP group （32 cases） and control group （32 cases）. Patients in the FRNP group strictly followed the schedule and activities that the FRNP conducting and were assessed and guided in out-patient department every two to four weeks. Patients in the control group made schedule and carried on activities by their own. Motor function were assessed in Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA） and Modified Barthel Index（MBI） respectly. Results Motor scores of both groups were significantly increased （P〈 0.001）after treatment. Motor function of FRNP group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.00 I）. Conclusion The FRNP can significantly improve motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
