| 摘 要： | 红花水利枢纽是一座低水头径流式日调节水电站枢纽,具有发电、航运等多项任务。水库运行时上下游水位均有限制。为了满足上下游水位限制和兼顾综合利用的要求,提出了各种不同水文情况下的水库适时运行方式。
