降耗节能单相永磁同步电动机的研制

摘    要:针对单相永磁同步电动机起动困难和运行时功率因数低的问题,计算和分析了起动过程中电磁转矩、转差率与起动电容之间的关系,获得使得起动转矩值最大的电容值,以缩短起动时间;通过调节补偿电容来调控电机功率因数,从而降低运行电流实现节能.仿真和样机实验表明,正确选择起动电容值可以提高电机自起动性能,实时调节补偿电容值可以获得明显的节能效果.研究工作和结论对开发高起动性能的高效单相永磁同步电动机有参考价值.

Abstract:To solve the problem of difficult starting and low power factor during operating for the single phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, the relationship between electromagnetic torque, slip ratio and starting capacitance in the starting process was calculated and analyzed. In addition, the capacitance value ensuring the maximum starting torque was obtained, so as to shorten the starting time. By adjusting the compensation capacitance, the power factor of the motor was controlled to reduce the operation current and achieve the energy saving. The simulation and prototype experiments show that by correctly choosing the starting capacitor value, the motor self starting performance can be improved, and the obvious energy saving effect can be obtained with the real time adjustment of compensation capacitance value. The research work and conclusions have a reference value for the development of efficient single phase permanent magnet synchronous motor with high starting performance.
