飞机轮胎压力监控系统研究

摘    要:飞机在跑道上降落瞬间由于受到较大冲击可能爆胎;针对这一问题,研究了飞机轮胎压力监控系统的总体结构,并分别阐述了系统各个模块的组成原理、具体功能;该系统采用传感器直接测量轮胎压力的方法,将压力信息编码调制,以设定的超高频(UHF)用无线的形式发送出去,压力信息最终显示在驾驶舱显示仪表上;系统可随时测定飞机上每个轮胎内部的实际压力,并可由机组人员给定放气指令在飞机降落前将压力泄放到一个合适的值;测试结果表明,该系统可以对轮胎压力进行精确控制,从而可以有效避免飞机降落爆胎事故的发生,提高飞机安全性.

Abstract:At the moment of landing, the tires of the aircraft will possibly explode. In view of this problem, a general framework referring to the aircraft tire pressure monitoring and controlling system is introduced, and the composition principle and specific function of each module are respectively stated. In this system, employing the method of sensor directly measuring the tire pressure, the pressure value is send out wirelessly according to the given UHF after coded and modulated, finally the pressure information is displayed on the displaying instrument of the flight deck. The actual pressure of each tire on the aircraft can be measured at any moment. Before the aircraft lands, the pressure will be deflated to a proper value by virtue of instructions given by the pilot. Experiment result indicates that the system can accurately control the pressure of tires, thus the landing explode accident can he avoided, the safety of the aircraft is enhanced.
