| Abstract: | Educational training management of the employees from power industry should be carried out in the aspects of thought cognition,service idea,workflow,supervision of publicity,team construction and incentive mechanism.The adjustment of working ideas,the innovation of working mechanism,the improvement of service level and the optimization of team structure are feasible measures to improve the level of educational training management as well as achieving training goals. |
