避雷线对带电导线的防雷保护角问题研究

摘    要:在输电线路的避雷线对带电导线的防雷保护角设计中,通常不考虑导线带电的影响,将带电导线按不带电导线处理,取避雷线对导线的防雷保护角≤25°,使带电导线得不到避雷线的有效保护,存在着遭受绕击雷害的隐患。为了解决这一问题,提出了避雷线对带电导线的防雷保护角设计新方法。该新方法取以带电导线为圆心,带电导线的最小对地空气间隙距离为半径所构成的圆为带电导线的等效绝缘截面,设计避雷线对该等效绝缘截面的防雷保护角≤25°,从而考虑了导线带电的影响,使带电导线受到避雷线的有效保护。

Abstract:The influence of energized conductor usually is not taken into account in the design of lightning protection angle of the shielding conductor in transmission line,the energized conductor is handled according to the dead conductor and the lightning protection angle between the shielding conductor to the conductor is taken as ≤25° which makes the energized conductor unable to get effective protection from the shielding conductor leading to the hidden trouble of suffering lightning failure accident.In order to solve such problem,a new design method of the lightning protection angle between the lightning conductor and the energized conductor is proposed,which takes the energized conductor as the centre of circle and the minimum air gap distance of the energized conductor to the ground as the radius as the equivalent air insulation section of the energized conductor,and designs the lightning protection angle between the lightning conductor and the equivalent air insulation section as ≤25°,thus the influence of energized conductor is considered and enable the energized conductor to get the effective protection of lightning conductor.
