茜素抗氧化活性的影响因素

摘    要:目的:研究影响茜素抗氧化活性的因素。方法:用微量法分别考察DPPH浓度、DPPH加入量、反应时间和光线对茜素清楚DPPH自由基能力的影响。结果:DPPH浓度和加入量与OD值均呈线性关系,相关系数r分别为0.9995和0.9979,OD值与反应时间呈负相关,相关系数r=0.9665,光线对结果有极显著性影响,可增强茜素对DPPH自由基的清楚能力。结论:DPPH浓度、DPPH加入量、反应时间和光线都是影响茜素抗氧化活性的重要因素。
