摘    要: 采场上覆岩层顶板的划分具有重要的意义。现有的划分方法基于采高、松散系数的判定,并且此类研究在厚煤层一次回采的应用中已证明存在一定的局限性。错层位巷道布置采全厚采煤法与以往的厚煤层整层回采方法在接续工作面存在本质的不同,理论分析及相似模拟实验表明,在该技术的接续工作面上覆岩层随着回采空间的增加,随采随冒的直接顶厚度显著增加,并且达到首采工作面上覆稳定岩层层位时为一个分界点。拟通过理论分析并总结相似模拟试验现象,立足于直接顶和基本顶的定义及特点,以弹性薄板力学及关键层理论作为研究的基础,对错层位巷道布置采全厚采煤法接续工作面顶板进行科学的分类划分,并且结合影响基本顶破断、垮落的所有因素综合分析,从而在工作面长度等因素与基本顶板来压显现中建立一个科学的判定关系,为实际生产提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The overlying strata division of working face has the great significance. The existing research on the roof division based on the mining height and the judge to the loose coefficient, but has been proved has some limitations in the extracting tallest once of thick coal seams. Compared with the traditional mining overall height of thick coal seam method, the stagger arrangement roadway layout mining overall height of thick coal seam method has essentially different. According to the analogous simulation and theoretical analysis, the thickness of immediate roof will increase significantly as the stagger arrangement roadway layout mining connection face advanced, it will be the demarcation point when it get at the stable strata of the first face. Base on the definition and characteristics of immediate roof and main roof, using the elastic thin plate theory and the key stratum theory to analysis and summarize the analogous simulation phenomenon, the thesis will give a division and classification to the roof of stagger arrangement roadway layout mining overall height of thick coal seam connection face. Comprehensive analysis the all factors, what cause the fracture and collapse of main roof, the relationship between the characteristics of ground pressure of main roof with the length of face and other factors will be found. It will provide certain theoretical basis for the actual production.
