降温毯治疗重度脑损伤的护理

目的探讨研究降温毯治疗重度脑损伤期间的有效护理模式。方法将我科2009年9月至2012年7月收治的重度脑损伤患者60例随机分为两组，对照组30例给予常规护理，实验组30例给予细节护理干预，对比观察两组患者护理干预后的效果。结果两组患者治疗效果比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；实验组患者通过细节护理干预，降温毯使用期间不良事件发生率低，存活患者住院时间短，与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论降温毯治疗重度脑损伤期间给予细节护理干预效果较好，可以减少治疗期间的并发症，缩短患者住院时间，减轻其经济负担。

Nursing care in the cooling blanket treatment for severe brain damage

Objective To explore and study the effective model of nursing care in cooling blanket treatment of severe brain damage. Methods From September 2009 to July 2012, 60 cases admitted with severe brain injury were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 30 patients received conventional care, the experimental group with 30 cases given detail care, effects after care intervention of two groups were observed and compared. Results The treatment effect of the two groups showed no significant difference, P 〉 0.05; through the detail care for the experimental group patients, a low incidence of adverse events was main- rained during cooling blanket use, survivors with shorter hospital stay, compared with the control group, a statistical significant difference was found, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Detail nursing care intervention with the cooling blanket treatment for severe brain injury has better treatment effect, it can reduce complications, shorter hospital stay, and mitigate the patients＇ economic burden.
