稠油纤维防砂工艺技术的研究与应用

摘    要:新疆油田准东吉 7井区在采油过程中,常出现支撑剂和地层砂回流返吐的问题,导致井筒砂埋,大部分生产井产量降至0。前期树脂砂防砂等工艺均告失败,为此,基于实验探索研究了最具应用前景的纤维防砂工艺在稠油油藏的应用。以临界出砂流速作为表征防砂效果的主要参数,研究了纤维长度、纤维直径、纤维浓度、液体黏度对临界出砂流速的影响。研究表明,加入纤维能有效提高支撑剂充填层的临界出砂流速,通过实验确定了最佳的纤维长度为6~9mm,纤维直径为10~30 μm,纤维浓度为0.5% ~0.7%。纤维防砂工艺能有效提高稠油油藏的防砂效果。该技术在新疆油田准东吉 7井区稠油油藏应用了6口井,施工成功率 100%,取得了良好的防砂效果。

Abstract:Backflow of proppant and formation sand happens often during the oil recovery process in well block Zhundong Ji 7 of Xinjiang Oilfield resulting in wellbore sand buried and making the production of a large part of wells falling to zero. In the early stage, sand control technologies such as resin-coated sand control technology failed. For this reason, based on the experiment, the paper studied the application of the most effective fiber sand control technology on heavy oil reservoir. Taking the critical sand production rate as the main parameter to characterize the sand control effect, we have studied the effect of fiber length, fiber diameter, fiber concentration and liquid viscosity on critical sand production rate. The research results indicate that adding fiber can effectively improve the critical sand production velocity of proppant pack, the optimum fiber length is 6 - 9 mm, fiber diameter is 10 - 30 μm, and fiber concentration is 0. 5% ~ 0. 7%. Fiber sand control technology can effectively improve the sand control effect of heavy oil reservoirs. This technology has been performed in 6 wells in a heavy oil reservoir of well block Zhundong Ji 7 at Xinjiang Oilfield with good results of 100% construction success rate.
