| 摘 要： | 罗布麻(Apocynum uenctum L.)叶经植化分析,含有脂溶性成分三十烷醇(Triacon tanol,简称TC)。该成分为一种植物生长调节剂,微量即能促进植物生长。对动物的影响,尚未见报道。本文就TC对小鼠生长和免疫功能的影响,以及对细胞染色体的保护作用等作了初步研究。

| Abstract: | Triacontanol (TC) was extracted from the leaves of Apocynum venetum. When TC was injected intramuscularly to mice at the doses of 10,20, 40mg/kg, the spleen weight was increased obviously. TC also enhanced the phagocytic function of the mouse peritoneal macrophages. In the micronuclei test, TC inhibited the increased micronuclei frequency of mouse bone-marrow polychromatic erythrocytes induced by cyelophosphamide. It is suggested that TC can potentiate immune function in miee and inhibit the mutagenic activity of cyclophosphamide. |
