| 摘 要： | 分析了上铰链螺钉安装板的冲压成形工艺,介绍了零件的排样,阐述了模具结构及关键零件的设计和制造工艺,采用整体直通式的凸、凹模,简化了模具结构,降低了模具装配难度。实践证明,模具结构合理,零件质量稳定,较好地满足了零件精度和大批量生产的要求。

| Abstract: | The stamping process of the mounting plate for an upper hinge binder bolt was analyzed and the layout scheme, the design and manufacturing process of the die structure and key parts were presented. The whole straight-through convex and concave die was ap- plied which simplifies the die structure and reduce the difficulty of the die assembly. |
