回转窑热成像检测系统中的信息处理方法

摘    要:研究了用于热成像测温的温差测量法原理;提出了对温度信息的多种处理方法,主要有非均匀响应补偿法、多次累积平均法和超温(或低温)邻域检测大数判决法.采用这些处理方法提高了回转窑热成像检测系统的测温精度、抗干扰能力和工作可靠性.

Abstract:The principle of temperature--difference measurement in a thermal imaging system is studied. Several methods for the processing of temperature information including that of non--uniform response compensation, accumulative averaging and decision by large numbers from the detection of adjacent regions of over--temperature (or under--temperature) are proposed. With these methods, the accuracy of temperature measurement, the anti--interference ability and the reliability of the system areimproved.
