摘    要:研究了流化床反应器内烧炭再生时气-固间的传热机理,建立了气-固传热面积模型和床层瞬态传热模型,并将模型计算值与实验测定值进行了对比,二者符合良好.结果表明结焦催化剂高温再生过程中,气、固间存在显著温差.

Abstract:The mechanism of transient heat transfer during the burn-off of carbon deposited in catalyst pellets in the fluidized bed reactor is studied, and two models for the area of heat transfer between gas and solid and transient heat transfer of bed are developed. The evaluated values of model for a set of realistic operating conditions are compared with those measured. It is found that experimental behavior is in good agreement with the model. The result shows that the temperature of solid differs considerably from that of gas during regeneration.
