| 摘 要： | 针对目前住宅建筑工程屋面防水存在的质量问题进行了探讨，从设计、施工两方面分析了影响建筑工程屋面防水质量的原因，并提出了相应的防治措施，从而提高建筑屋面的工程质量，保证建筑物的使用功能和寿命。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the quality probers in the roofing waterproof of residential building,analyses the reasons of affecting the quality of roofing waterproof of architectural project from the design and construction,and puts forward the quality control steps of roofing waterproof of residential building,in order to improve the construction quality of the architectural roofs,to ensure the usage functions and life span of buildings. |
