木瓜粉对脑梗塞病人红细胞SOD、血清NO影响的观察研究

摘    要:目的研究木瓜粉 (BN)对脑梗塞患者红细胞 SOD、血清 NO的影响。方法将实验对象为分三组 :急性期、恢复期和对照组 ,每组均为 30例。分别测定了患者应用 BN治疗前及治疗后 14天及 6 0天时血清 NO、红细胞 SOD含量。结果急性期、恢复期和对照组在实验开始时 SOD酶活力是基本相同的 ,实验第 14天急性期和恢复期 SOD酶活力均明显高于对照组 ,6 0天时急性期和恢复期 SOD酶活力均显著高于对照组。急性期、恢复期实验前后 SOD3次结果 ,服用 BN6 0天较治疗前及治疗后 14天酶活力显著性增加 ,对照组实验前后 3次 SOD酶活力无显著性差异。实验组服用 BN前后血清 NO无明显改变 ,对照组 3次测定结果差异无显著性。结论提示 BN可提高脑梗塞患者 SOD活性 ,具有抗脂质过氧化的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe effects of papaya powder, which was prepared by the fermentation of Carica papaya and named Bio-Normalizer (BN), on erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and serum nitric oxide (NO) contents in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 90 patients were allocated into three groups (i.e. the acute group, the recovery group and control group). The patients of case and control group were given to BN or placebo every day respectively and lasted 60 days. Erythrocyte SOD activeties and serum NO contents were separately measured before and after 14 and 60 days treatmert. Results Activities of SOD between three groups were no statistical difference before the trial. The SOD levels in the acute group and the recovery group were significantly higher than that in the control group after 14 and 60 days treatment. The SOD levels in the control group were no significant difference between the 3 times tests. The NO levels in three groups were no statistically different before and after treatment. Conclusion It is suggested that BN can elevate the activity of erythrocyte SOD and inhibit lipid peroxidation in patients with cerebral infarction.
