| 摘 要： | 目的:本文报道应用HO:YAG激光治疗鼻息肉68例。方法:68例鼻息肉患者在1%丁卡因液行鼻腔粘膜表面麻醉,继后应用脉冲式输出功率5-7.5W,脉冲频率为10-15HZ的HO:YAG激光光纤先气化鼻息肉表面,然后再插进鼻息肉深部进行气化凝固。结果:68例中治愈48例(占70.6%),好转20例(占29.4%)。结论:HO:YAG激光波长2.1μm,具有对组织气化及止血特性,对巨大及多发性鼻息肉可经数次治疗后消失,息肉样变的中甲经激光治疗后粘膜恢复正常形态,可保持鼻腔通畅,术中出血少,手术简便,病人痛苦少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the results of 68 ca ses with nasal polyps which were treated by Ho:YAG laser. Methods:Nasal polyps of 68 patients were treated after mucosal anesthesia with 1% dicaine using Ho:Y AG laser which pulse output was 5～7.5w and pulse frequency was 10～15Hz/s.We va porized the surface of polyps tissue firstly, then insert the laser fiber into t he central part of polyps tissue to destroyed it completely. Results:48 cases w ere cured (70.6%) and 20 cases were improved after treatment. Conclusion:Ho:YAG laser which wave length was 2.1 μm could vaporize the tissue while prevent ble eding. The large or/and multiple nasal polyps could be destroyed after repeating treatment with Ho:YAG laser, and the mucosa of middle turbinate with polypoid c hanging could recobered into normal after treatment . The operation with Ho:YAG laser was characterized by simple, little bleeding and paining. |
