| 摘 要： | 人才资源是第一资源,人才问题是关系到高校发展的关键问题.在实施人才强国战略的新形势下,人才引进工作在高校实施人才强校战略中具有十分的重要作用.在对当前我国高校人才引进工作的背景、必要性和现存问题进行简要分析的基础上,有针对性地提出加强和改进高校人才引进工作的对策.
