苏慧敏教授治疗双心疾病经验探讨

苏慧敏教授认为双心疾病归至根本皆由情志致病。在诊疗过程中针对原发病对症处理的同时，更多的是关注患者的心理问题，即祖国医学中的郁证，以虚实为总纲辨证施治，初起多实，以理气为主，多用逍遥散加减；久病体虚，治当养血滋阴，方选归脾汤加减；配合应用抗焦虑抑郁药物，加以心理疏导，在双心疾病的诊疗中取得显著疗效。

Professor Su Huimin thought the underlying cause of the Double-Heart disease as emotion,Professor Su paid more attention to patients＇ psychological problems besides of the treatment of primary disease. Depression Syndrome has two categories in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pro- lessor Su treated the Double-Heart disease based on different symptom, with anxiolytic, antidepressant, with psychological counseling. After 3 months ,most patients were cured.
