药灸神阙穴对恶性肿瘤化疗后 NK 细胞、T 细胞亚群及总体健康状况的影响分析

目的：探讨药灸神阙穴对恶性肿瘤化疗后NK细胞、 T细胞亚群及总体健康状况的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2015年12月120例需进行化疗的确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者为研究对象。随机分为治疗组61例和对照组59例。对照组用神阙穴外敷鲜姜片联合艾灸治疗，治疗组用药灸神阙穴方研磨后外敷于脐（取适量），再用姜片覆盖和艾条灸治。2组疗程均为14 d，观察2组化疗后NK细胞、 T细胞亚群的变化及总体健康状况。结果 NK细胞、 T细胞亚群比较：治疗组治疗后除 CD3外，其他指标均高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；组内比较，治疗后对照组 NK、 CD3、CD4、 CD8细胞明显降低（P＜0．05），治疗组各项指标降低不明显（P＞0．05）。总体健康质量比较：2组治疗前比较，无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗后，对照组总体健康状况明显下降， P ＜0．05，治疗组变化不大， P ＞0．05；2组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论药灸神阙穴能明显提高血液中NK细胞含量、 T细胞亚群含量（除CD3外），提高患者化疗后的总体健康状况。

Effects of moxibustion Shenque acupoint in treating malignant tumor after chemotherapy on NK,T cell subsets and overall health status

Objective To investigate the effects of cell drug moxibustion Shenque acupoint in treating malignant tumor after chemotherapy .Methods 120 cases of patients with malignant tumor diagnosed as malignant tumor were selected from February 2014 to December 2015.They were randomly divided into treatment group (61 cases)and control group(59 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with Shenque acupoint external application of fresh ginger moxibustion combined with treatment ,the patients in the treatment group were applied moxibustion Shenque acupoint grinding treatment topical to the umbilicus ( apply ) , reoccupy ginger cover and Ejyou Ji .The course of the two groups were 14 d,and the changes of NK cell ,T cell subsets and the overall health status of the two groups were observed after chemotherapy .Results NK cells ,T cell subsets:after treatment ,the treatment group in addition to CD3 and other indicators were higher than control group (P<0.05) .The results showed that after treatment in the control group,NK,CD3,CD4,CD8 cells decreased significantly(P<0.05).The treatment group index decreased ( P>0.05 ) .The overall health quality was improved greatly compared with that before treatment in the two groups( P<0.05).After treatment,overall health status in control group was significantly decreased (P<0.05),while that of the treatment group changed little (P<0.05).Compared the two groups after treat-ment,there was a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion Shenque acupoints can significantly improve blood natural killer cells(NK cells),T cell subsets content(except CD3)and the general health status of the patients are improved after chemotherapy .
