| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种远距离、大范围二维直线度测量的新方法．该方法采用特殊设计的十字线准直激光器及线阵CCD，通过特殊的光学系统结构设计，能在0-20m距离内连续测量，直线度范围可达70mm，精度优于0．1mm，实际测量结果表明，该方法可适应野外作业环境。

| Abstract: | A new method of large scale and high precision two-dimensional linearity measurement is developed.By using a specially designed cross-shapedlaser,two vertically disposed linear CCDs and by designing a special optical system structure,it can continuously measure the linearity from 0m to 20m,the scope of the linearity can exceeds 70mm with precision of 0.1mm.The practical experiment shows that the method can be used in the fieldwork environment. |
