晶须含量对SiC_W/AI复合材料性能影响规律的研究

摘    要:采用挤压铸造法制备了不同晶须含量的SiC_W/Al复合材料,并测试和分析了铝合金和不同晶须含量SiC_W/Al复合材料的力学和物理性能。结果表明,随晶须含量的增加,SiC_W/Al复合材料的抗拉强度和弹性模量明显提高,并且比强度和比刚度也有所提高;热膨胀系数和热传导率随晶须含量提高而降低,并且热传导率与热膨胀系数比值也略有降低。

Abstract:The SiC_W/Al composites were fabricated by squeeze casting technique, and the mechanical-physical prcperties of the Al alloy and SiC_W/Al composites with different whisher volume fraction were measured and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the whisker volume fraction,the tensile strength and modulus of the SiC_W/Al composites are obviously increased,and the specific strength and specific modulus of the composites are also increased. The results also show that with the increace of the whisker volume fraction, the thermal expansion ccefficient and thermal conductivity of the SiC_W/Al composites are decreased,and the thermal conductivity to thermal expansion coefficient ratio of the composite is also decreased.
