高速铁路山岭隧道智能化建造技术研究——以郑万高速铁路湖北段为例

摘    要:高速铁路山岭隧道智能建造技术是“智能铁路”的有机组成部分,能有效节约人力资源,并更好的保证施工安全和质量,是我国高速铁路隧道建造技术的发展方向。为提升我国隧道工程建造技术水平,基于互联网、大数据分析、人工智能、BIM等技术,结合郑万高速铁路湖北段隧道机械化、信息化施工研究成果,围绕隧道支护参数设计、施工控制执行、施工质量管控及检测,提出了高速铁路山岭隧道智能化建造技术的总体架构,包括:高速铁路山岭隧道围岩智能分级系统、隧道设计参数智能化选择系统、隧道开挖及支护智能化施工系统、隧道质量智能化管控及检测系统、隧道智能化建造协同管理平台,分析了各系统的研究进展,并提出了我国隧道智能化建造技术发展的3个阶段。对推动我国隧道智能化建造标准体系的建立具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The intelligentized construction technology of high-speed railway mountain tunnel,as an organic part of“Smart Railway”to effectively save human resources and better ensure construction safety and quality,is the development direction of high-speed railway tunnel construction technology in China.In order to improve the technical level of tunnel engineering construction in China,based on the internet,big data analysis,artificial intelligence,BIM and other technologies,the research results of mechanized and information-oriented construction of tunnels in Hubei section of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway,this paper proposed the overall architecture of the intelligentized construction technology for high-speed railway mountain tunnels,including the intelligentized classification system of surrounding rock for high-speed railway mountain tunnel,the intelligentized selection system of tunnel design parameters,the intelligentized construction system of excavation and support,the intelligentized quality control and detection system and the intelligentized construction collaborative management platform.The research progress of each system was introduced.Three stages of the development of the intelligentized tunnel construction technology in China were proposed.This paper has a certain reference value for promoting the establishment of tunnel intelligent construction standard system in China.
