铁路机械室内智能操作机器人安全分析

对机械室内智能操作机器人巡检和操作功能进行安全分析。其中,巡检功能不会对信号设备有任何安全影响。操作功能虽然不会降低信号设备的安全等级,但是会对信号设备的可靠性造成影响。为增加信号室内机器人在信号室内的整体安全水平,分析几种限制策略,对操作功能增加使用条件,提高机器人的可靠性和安全性。

Safety Analysis of Railway Intelligent Operating Robot in Machine Room

This paper makes safety analysis on the inspection and operation function of intelligent operating robot in the machine room. The function of Inspection will not have any safety impact on the signaling equipment. Although the operation function will not reduce the safety level, it will affect the reliability of the signaling equipment. In order to increase the overall safety level of the robot in the signaling equipment room, this paper analyzes several restriction strategies and adds the use conditions for the operation function which has improved the reliability and safety of the robot.
