铁路简支箱梁受损桥面板补强方案计算分析

摘    要:对桥面板受损的24 m预应力混凝土箱梁制订顶板底面增设钢筋混凝土横梁的补强方案,采用ANSYS有限元软件对完好箱梁和补强箱梁进行建模分析。结果表明:在单线ZK特殊荷载作用下,考虑受损箱梁混凝土桥面板修补区域和补强区域的刚度折减后,补强箱梁桥面板的挠度与完好箱梁基本相当且分布更加均匀,补强横梁底面最大横向应力小于完好箱梁桥面板底面最大横向应力且前者沿横桥向的分布更加均匀;桥面板补强措施效果显著,受损箱梁补强后的力学性能满足运营要求。

Abstract:The reinforcing scheme that casting a new concrete beam below the concrete deck was issued for the 24 m prestressed concrete box girder whose deck was damaged.The intact girder and reinforced girder were modeled and analyzed by ANSYS software.The results show that under the ZK special load of single track,considering the stiffness reduction in repaired areas and reinforced areas of the concrete deck of damaged box girder,the deck deflection of the reinforced box girder is close to that of the intact box girder,and is more even in distribution.The maximum lateral stresses on the bottom of reinforcing beam is lesser than the maximum lateral stresses on the bottom of the deck of the intact box girder,and the lateral distribution of the former is more even.The effect of reinforcing measures for the deck is significant,and the mechanical properties of the damaged box girder after reinforcing can meet the operation requirements.
