不明原因不孕患者小卵泡排卵的相关因素和中医体质调查

目的：调查小卵泡排卵患者心理、生活中的各种因素与疾病发生的相关性和中医体质类型分布。方法：采用临床心理评定量表中的90种症状自评量表（SCL-90）、生活事件量表（LES）以及中医体质量表对100例患者进行问卷调查，探讨疾病发生的心理、生活相关因素以及中医体质分布情况。结果：小卵泡排卵患者SCL-90测评与常模比较躯体化、强迫症状方面存在显著性差异（P〈0．01），在敌对方面存在差异（P〈0．05）；LES调查显示困扰小卵泡排卵患者最大的生活事件为家庭有关问题，其次为工作学习问题以及社交与其他问题；小卵泡排卵患者的偏颇体质分布从高到低分别是气郁质（18％）、痰湿质（14％）、气虚质（11％）及阴虚质（11％）、特禀质（8％）、湿热质（6％）、瘀血质（4％）、阳虚质（3％）。结论：在临床诊治中，对小卵泡排卵的不孕症患者进行心理咨询和治疗疏导，引导其认识和解决家庭有关问题，减轻敌对情绪和强迫症状，可以起到积极作用；明确小卵泡排卵患者所属的体质类型，并予以相应的饮食、情志调摄、生活指导和中药调理，应该有良好效果。

Investigation on TCM Constitutions and Related Factors of Infertile Women Ovulated with Small Follicle

Objective： To survey TCM constitutions distribution and the relativity of the attack of the disease to psychological factors and life factors of the patients ovulated with small follicle. Method： All one hundred of patients were tested with the questionnaires including symptom check list-90（SCL-90）, life event scale and TCM constitution scale to explore the conditions of TCM constitution distribution, related psychological and life factors. Result： The patients ovulated with small follicle showed significant difference in the scales of SCL-90 compared with the normal model in somatic and obsessive symptoms（P~0.01）, it had the difference in hostility（P〈0.05）; LES survey showed that the biggest life events confused the patients were the family-related issues, others were the problems about work, study, social communication and others; the constitutions of the patients ranked from high to low： Oi stagnation （18%）, phlegm-dampness （14%）, 0i deficiency（11%）, Yin deficiency （11%）, specific （8%）, dampness-heat （6%）, blood stasis （4%） and Yang deficiency （3%）. Conclusion： Psychological consultation and persuasion for the patients could play a positive role to make them know and solve the family-related problems, reduce hostile feelings and ob- sessive symptoms; the constitution of the patients ovulated with small follicle should be figured out, at the same time matched with corresponding diet, emotional regulation, life guiding and herb, which could obtain better effects.
