| 摘 要： | 塑料光纤(POF)组建局城网的目的是将各计算机工作站利用塑料光纤作为传输介质，组成一个可以共享各种软、硬件资源的小型计算机网络，以满足高带宽、高可靠性现代数据传输的需求。在设计中从实用性和经济性出发，选用性价比高的网络组件，进行最佳组合，利用有限的投资构建一个高性能的网络，为实现光纤到户和光纤到桌面提供了一个既先进可靠又廉价的解决方案。

| Abstract: | The objective of constituting LN with POF is to construct a minitype computer network in which any kind of software and hardware can be shared by connecting many computer workstations with POF as transmitting medium, so as to meet the requirement of modern data transmission such as wide brand, high reliability, and etc. In the design of the net, in view of the practicability and economy we should select the best cost-effective net components, make optimal combination, and use limited investment to constitute a high performance net. It provides us a reliable and cheap solution to realize the goal of FTTH in this way. |
