尼龙6/聚丙烯共混物结构与性能研究

摘    要:采用FT-IR,SEM,DSC和力学性能测试研究了力化学方法制备的聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)对尼龙6(PA6)/聚丙烯(PP)共混体系的增容作用。结果表明,在共混过程中,PA6与PP-g-MAH之间发生了相互作用,使增容共混体系的力学性能明显优于未增容体系,增容体系分散相(PP相)粒度明显低于未增容体系,熔融粘度高于未增容体系,增容共混体系PP和PA6的熔点和结晶度低于未增容体系。

Abstract:Compatibilizing effect of polypropylenegraftmaleic anhydride (PPgMAH), which were prepared by employing our selfdesigned pan type milling equipment at room temperature, on polyamide 6 (PA6)/ polypropylene (PP) blends was investigated by means of FTIR, SEM, DSC and mechanical properties tests. Solution and FTIR studies on the resin indicated that during blending of PA6 and PP, the chemical reaction between PPgMAH and PA6 took place. Compatibilized PA6/PP blends exhibited much higher mechanical properties. The correlation between morphology and mechanical and rheological properties was discussed. DSC analysis demonstrated that the strong interaction between PA6 and compatibilizers resulted in decrease of the crystallinity of PA6 and PP in compatibilized blends.
