摘    要:多层砖混砌体结构整体刚度差 ,抗震性能低 ,故此分析了房屋超高、纵墙开洞、圈梁、构造柱、砂浆强度等设计问题 ,提出在设计中采取的构造措施 ,力求提高设计质量和施工质量 ,把震害减少到最低点

Abstract:Multi-storeyed brick and concrete structures have bad entirety rigidity and inferior anti-seismic performance. In this paper, many problems in designing, such as ultrahigh height of buildings, hole in the longitudinal wall, girth, structural column and strength of mortar are discussed. Structural measures adopted in designing are given to improve the quality both in designing and construction, and to reduce damage caused by earthquake to the minimum.
