| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑推理法，通过分析工商管理硕士、教育硕士的人才培养模式，结合体育硕士专业学位的人才培养得出：体育硕士专业学位的人才培养应以提升研究生适应某类体育职业实际工作所需的知识与技能为目标，其教学内容、教学方法以及人才培养的考核与评价应以职业需求为导向，以重参与、重实践为根本。
