玻璃表面隔热镀膜技术的研究与应用

摘    要:玻璃表面镀膜技术是未来玻璃实现节能和特殊功能性的主要加工工艺,而非真空法,具有一次性投入少、加工工艺简单、成本低等特点,受到越来越多的重视。主要介绍了平板玻璃隔热涂膜技术的研究和应用,并对隔热玻璃的性能进行研究,镀有隔热涂层的玻璃能够阻隔红外线和紫外线,成本低廉,隔热节能效果好,最终制定了产业化工艺路线。

Abstract:The glass surface coating is the main processing for energy conservation and special function in the future,while the nonvacuum process has been more and more focused for its less one-time investment,simple process and low-cost.It mainly describes the study and application of flat glass surface insulation coating,besides the performance of the glass coated with insulation film is also researched.The glass coated with insulation film can block infrared and ultraviolet rays effectively and features for low-cost and good energy-saving insulation effect.Finally,industrialization route was made.
