| 摘 要： | 将科学思维和方法论基本概念与建筑节能相结合,建立了建筑节能方法论思维体系;通过对建筑节能实践方法进行研究,探索建筑节能的方法论基础,这是建筑节能科学观的重要组成部分。从管理、工程、经济、社会和生态5个方面分析建筑节能实践方法的基本特征,从系统理论及系统方法角度建立了建筑节能的系统分析方法,并根据建筑节能的层次结构特征构建了建筑节能综合集成方法,为建筑节能实践奠定了方法理论基础。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic concepts of scientific thought and methodology combined with the building energy efficiency,ways of thinking are established;and according to BEE practices through research,the methodology system of BEE is explored,which shows BEE methodology is an important part of the scientific view.From five areas of management,engineering,economic,social and ecological analysis of BEE practices,the basic content of the methodology is expounded.Based on a hierarchy of BEE system features,a comprehensive and integrated approach to BEE method is described,which is laying the theoretical foundation for engineering practice. |
