茵白汤对α-萘异硫氰酸酯所致小鼠黄疸模型的退黄降酶作用研究

摘    要:目的:观察茵陈、白茅根、紫草等对α-萘异硫氰酸酯(ANIT)所致小鼠急性黄疸模型的退黄降酶作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药物对照组(茵栀黄注射液)和提取液大、中、小给药组。各治疗组连续灌胃给药7d后,ANIT诱发黄疸模型,48h后摘眼球取血,分离血清,以血清肝功能指标以及肝脏组织病理学的改变为观察指标。结果:与模型组比较,茵栀黄组、提取液小剂量给药组的ALT、AST、ALP、TBIL、IBIL,均显著下降(P〈0.05);与茵栀黄组比较,提取液小剂量给药组ALT、AST、ALP、TBIL、IBIL,均无差异(P〉0.05)肝脏病理组织学检查表明,提取液能明显减轻肝细胞变性、坏死和肝小胆管增生。结论:提取液具有降低实验性胆汁淤积小鼠血清胆红素、转氨酶和改善肝脏组织损伤的作用。

YIN BAI TANG ON REDUCED JAUNDICE AND ENZYME IN JAUND ICE MODEL OF MICE INDUCED BY ANIT

Abstract:Objective :To observe the action of( Capillary Wormwood Herb,Rhizoma imperatae and Radix Lithospermi Root of Sinkiang Arnebia)extract on reduced jaundice and enzyme in jaundice model of mice induced by ANIT. Methods :Mice were at randomidivide into six groups:group A in which no treatment was given,group B in which ANIT was given on the seventh day,group D in which low dosage of "EXTRACT" was given, group E in which moderatedosage of "EXTRACT" was given, group F in which high dosage of EXTRACY was given,and group C in which "Yinzhihuang injection" was given as positive control. Except group A and B, the other groups were given corresponding medicines for 7 days and then additionally administered ANIT to induced jaundice. After 48 h ,the mice blood was gained from eyes. The serum was separated. The liver functional sign and the content of ALT,AST and ALP in serum,and the change in pathology of liver tissue were observed. Results: Compared to group B, ALT, AST, ALP, TBIL, IBILof group C and D group dropped obviously ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Compared to group C, ALT, AST, ALP, TBIL, IBILof group D group dropped obviously ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; by the examination the liver pathology, we found that "Extract" could notably alleviate hepatocell change and necrosis and hepatominicholange hyperp lasia. Conclusion:" Extract" has the action of reducing serum biliru - bin and transaminase and imp roving liver tissue injury in rats of experimental ebolestasis.
