铁谱磨粒轮廓混沌特征参数提取方法研究

摘    要:提出了一种应用混沌特征参数提取铁谱磨粒特征的新方法。给出了磨粒轮廓边界波形的概念,在研究相空间重构理论信息熵概念的基础上,提出了联合熵的概念和参数k的算法。研究结果表明:磨粒轮廓波形具有混沌特征,信息熵和参数k可以刻画磨粒轮廓的复杂程度,随着信息熵和参数k的增大,磨粒轮廓的复杂程度增加,因此信息熵和参数k可以用来识别具有不同边界轮廓的磨粒。

Abstract:In this paper, a new method to extract the chaos characteristic parameter from ferrograph wear particles by was proposed. The concept of edge wave was given. Based on information entropy and the theory of phase reconstruction, the concept of combined entropy and arithmetic of parameter k was also given. The result shows that the edge wave of wear particle has the characteristic of chaos, thus, information entropy and parameter k can be used to describe the complexity for the boundary of wear particles. With increase of information entropy and parameter k, the particle boundaries become complicated. Thus, information entropy and parameter k can be used as reorganization of particle boundary characteristics.
