乳腺良性肿瘤手术治疗75例临床分析

目的：探讨乳腺良性肿瘤的手术治疗。方法：2003年4月～2008年8月，对乳腺囊性增生症30例、乳腺脂肪瘤5例、乳腺纤维腺瘤40例进行手术切除，采用乳晕切17或乳晕外缘弧形切口。结果：75例乳腺良性肿瘤皆无原手术部位复发，切口恢复较好，切口瘢痕较少。结论：乳腺良性肿瘤手术应根据病因和肿块大小进行治疗，采取乳晕切口或乳晕外缘弧形切口进行肿瘤切除，不仅效果好，且达到患者审美要求。

Study on incision of surgical treatment of benign breast tumor

Objective:To assess the selection of incision for surgical treatment of benign breast tumor.Methods:Data of seventy-five patients with breast diseases who underwent surgical treatment between April 2003 and August 2008 was analyzed,including 30 cases of cystic hyperplasia,5 cases of lipoma,and 40 cases of fibroadenoma;the incisions used were areolar incision and arc-shaped incision at the outer edge of the areola.Results:All patients recovered well after operation,with tiny incision scar,no recurrence of the original surgical sites.Conclusion:The selection of incision for surgical treatment of benign breast tumor should be based on the etiology and tumor size.Choosing areolar incision or and arc-shaped incision at the outer edge of the areola can excise tumors effectively,and meet the aesthetic requirements of patients.
