我国电子出版物国际贸易现状与趋势分析

近20年来,电子出版物凭借容量大、易传播、检索方便等印刷型出版物不可比拟的优势,迅速发展,成为了一种新兴的知识信息传播媒体.目前,世界范围内的电子出版物消费需求急速增长,电子出版物国际贸易异常活跃.通过对1997～2004年我国电子出版物进出口品种、数量和贸易额状况的分析,得出以下结论:我国电子出版物贸易与发达国家存在巨大差距,目前处于较低的发展水平,出口以低端产品为主,进口以高端产品为主,处在国际贸易垂直分工中的底层.

The Current Situation and Prospective Analysis of China's E-publications in International Trades

In recent past 20 years,e-publications have emerged like splitting a bamboo.With enormous capacity,easy dissemination,and convenient retrieval,e-publications have inevitably become a young mainstream of mass media.The sharp increasing demands enlivened the international industry of e-publications.By analyzing the state of Chinese e-publications (from 1997 to 2004) in export and import varieties,amount and trade proportion,this essay shows that in the e-publications industry,there are great disparities between China and developed countries.In the e-publications industry,China mainly exports low-end products but imports high-end products that keep China at the bottom of vertical division in this industry.
