涡街流量计中电荷放大电路的研究设计

摘    要:通过对普遍使用于压电式涡街流量计上的电荷放大电路的理论分析,对原有的电路进行了改进.在电荷放大电路中应用差动放大和引入直流电平的方法,提高了压电式涡街流量计对低流速流体的测量性能,从而降低了测量的最低下限值,并且提高了测量精度和抗干扰能力.将改进后的涡街流量计进行实验,实验表明,改进后的涡街流量计的测量下限从改进前的22.3 m3/h下降到18.5 m3/h,最低下限处的不确定度从O.28%下降到O.165%,实验结果证明改动是有效的.

Abstract:In this paper,an improvement is presented by researching the principle of charge amplifier circuit in vortex flowmeter theoretically.Vortex flowmeter can measure lower flow rate and be improved the measurement uncertainty of the vortex flowmeter by using differential amplifier and direct current in charge amplifier circuit.Both the low limit of the measurement,the precision and the ability of anti-interference are enhanced by this method.The low-limit of the measurement descends from 22.3 m3/h to 18.5 m3/h and the uncertainty from 0.28% to 0.165%.The test results show that the vortex flowmeter is improved and method is effective.
