| 摘 要： | 对在准分子激光微加工配套系统研制开发及微结构加工工艺研究的实际工作中碰到的准分子激光光束质量指标进行了详细分析，采用一整套光束诊断技术对LambdaPhysikLPX305iF型激光器进行测试评价。

| Abstract: | The excimer laser beam quality specifications which we came across in our research and development of the micromachining system are analysed in detail. We use a set of diagnostic techniques to evaluate the beam quality of LAMBDA Physik LPX 305iF excimer laser in hope of furthering cooperation between laser manufacturers,application system developer and users. |
