| 摘 要： | 以3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛为起始原料,经硝化、缩合和还原反应合成了2-氨基-6,7-二甲氧基-喹啉-3-甲酸甲酯,其结构经UV,1HNMR,IR和MS表征。

| Abstract: | 2-Amino-6,7-dimethoxy-quinoline-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester was synthesized by nitration, condensation and reduction from 3,4-dimethoxy-benzaldehyde. The structures were confirmed by UV, 1H NMR, IR and MS. |
