中药油外涂预防放射性皮肤损伤的效果研究

目的观察自制中药油外涂预防放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法将67例接受放射治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者随机分为试验组(n=34)和对照组(n=33)。照射前,试验组用自制中药油外涂于照射野皮肤上,照射后继续用药3d,每天3次,至放疗结束;对照组采用医用射线防护喷剂,方法同试验组。结果两组放射性皮肤损伤发生率和疼痛评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制中药油的效果同医用射线防护喷剂,但价格更低,值得推广应用。

The effect of external application of Chinese oil on the prevention of radiation-induced skin damage

Objective To evaluate the effect of external application of self-made Chinese oil on the prevention of radiation-induced skin damage. Methods Sixty-seven patients with head and neck cancer receiving radiation therapy were randomly divided into two groups. The self-made Chinese oil was externally applied on the skin of radiation field in the experimental group before radiation therapy and 3 days after radiation therapy,three times a day. The medical radiation-protective spray was applied in the control group. Results No significant differences were found in the incidence of radiation- induced skin damage and pain score between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The external application of self- made Chinese oil has the same effect as medical radiation-protective spray on the prevention of radiation-induced skin damage, but Chinese oil is cheaper and is worthy to be widely applied.
