摘    要:通常塑胶模具的设计或注塑成型工艺参数的设置,都依靠设计者的经验或进行试误,但对于高质量要求的塑件,常常无法适当决定.在此以鼠标注塑模为例,通过PROE建模修正,再结合正交试验法利用Mold flow软件的模流分析,获取最佳成型工艺参数以及产品成型特性,然后基于CAD/CAE技术进行注塑模具的结构优化设计,实践证明该方案可行,为其他类似产品开发设计提供参考.

Plastic Products Mold Optimization Design Based on CAD/CAE Technology Assistant

Abstract:Usually, the parameters setting for the plastic mold design designers to have the trial -and -error. But the plastic parts with high appropriate decision. Here use the mouse mold casting as the example, and casting are relay on the experience of -quality requirements, there are often not through the PROE model ingamendment, combined with orthogonal test method and mold flow analysis of Moldflow software to get the best molding process parameters and molding characteristics. Then based on CAD/CAE technology, have mold structural optimization for plastic casting. The project is proved feasible; it can provide a reference for other similar product development anddesign.
