| 摘 要： | 寄生虫病是危害新疆养羊业最大的疾病之一。由新疆畜牧科学院院和新疆医科大联合研制的阿维菌素长效缓释制剂药效长、用量小、安全范围广，对体内外寄生虫均有较好的驱杀作用。我们在新疆阿勒泰、哈巴河和福海县三个县市的8个乡镇的101784只（次）羊进行该制剂的推广试验。结果表明在注射该制剂后的120d内羊群的感染率低于20％，可以代替一年两次的药浴。该缓释制剂的推广应用将大大提高绵羊寄生虫病的防治水平及效率，减少由寄生虫病所带来的经济损失。
