白细胞介素-1B-511基因型与慢性牙周炎和冠心病相关性的研究

目的 :探讨白细胞介素 - 1B- 5 11(interleukin- 1B- 5 11,IL- 1B- 5 11)基因型与慢性牙周炎 (chronicperiodontitis,CP)和冠心病 (coronary heart disease,CHD)易感性的关系。 方法:采用序列特异引物多聚酶链反应(SSP- PCR)法和多聚酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR- RFL P)法 ,收集中重度 CP12 8例、CHD10 5例、中重度CP和 CHD10 8例和同族健康对照 130例个体的颊粘膜拭子 ,提取 DNA,测定 IL - 1B- 5 11位点的基因型 ,比较各组间基因型检出率的差别。 结果:IL- 1B- 5 11等位基因 2在 CHD中的检出率显著高于健康组 ,而在中重度 CP与健康组、中重度 CP和 CHD与健康组之间的分布差异无统计学意义。结论:IL - 1B- 5 11等位基因 2可能与 CHD遗传易感性相关。

Interleukin-1B-511 genotype and the association between chronic periodontitis and coronary heart disease

Objective: To investigate interleukin-1B-511 (IL-1B-511) genotype and its association with the susceptibility of chronic periodontitis and coronary heart disease. Methods: Genomic DNA was obtained from buccal swabs of 128 subjects with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis, 105 patients with coronary heart disease, 108 patients with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis and coronary heart disease, 130 ethnically matched healthy control individuals. Genotypes of IL-1B-511 was analyzed by SSP-PCR and PCR-RFLP method. Then compared the differences in distribution of genotype. Results: A significant over-representation of IL-1B-511 allele 2 was found in coronary heart disease group. Conclusion: This result suggests that IL-1B-511 allele 2 may be a risk indicator for the susceptibility of coronary heart disease.
