摘    要:目的:探讨两种麻醉方法对Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗文身疗效的影响。方法:将149例修饰性黑色文身的患者随机分成两组,实验组采用2%利多卡因行局部浸润麻醉,对照组采用5%复方利多卡因乳膏行表面麻醉,两组均采用1064nm激光垂直照射术区致治疗区域出现点状出血为宜。一般治疗1~3次,每次治疗间隔6周。分别计算实验组和对照组的总有效率,用χ2检验比较两组激光治疗后总有效率的差异。结果:实验组与对照组的总有效率差异有统计学意义,χ2=9.81,P<0.05。结论:用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗文身,采用表面麻醉组的总有效率高于局部浸润麻醉组。

Abstract:Objective To discuss two kinds of anesthesia method to the influence of the curative effect with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser to treat tattoos. Methods 149 patients with black tattoos were randomly divided into two groups. While the experimental group with 2% lidocaine was made local infiltration anesthesia, the control group with 5% compound lidocaine cream was made surface anesthesia. The operation area of each group was vertically illuminated using 1064 nm laser to produce pointlike hemorrhage. The times of therapy ranged from 1 to 3. Every interval time was six weeks.The experimental group and control group calculated the total efficiency. Using the~ test, the differences of the total effective rate was compared between the two groups after laser treatment. Results Experimental group and control group, the total effective rate was statistically significant differences, X^2=9.81,P〈0.05. Conclusion Using Q-switched Nd: YAG laser to treat tattoos, the surface anesthesia group total effective rate was higher than local infiltration anesthesia group.
