| 摘 要： | 通过对选煤厂胶带运输机运行过程中皮带跑偏特点的分析和归纳,以及日常操作中积累的现场经验,分析了跑偏规律,提出故障处理方法及改进措施,并提出一种包胶滚筒的改造方法,保证胶带运输机的安全生产,延长设备使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis and summary of the deviation during the operation of belt conveyor and accumulated experience of daily fieldwork,the paper analyzed the law of deviation and proposed a method of processing troubles and an improvement measure.Meanwhile,an innovation method of a plastic rolling was introduced to ensure the safety of belt conveyor and extend the life of equipment. |
