闭合复位股骨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折

目的观察闭合行股骨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法应用闭合复住股骨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折26例。A1型4例，A2型6例，A3型4例；C1型5例，C2型4例，C3型3例。结果随访6个月-30个月，平均17个月，所有骨折都得到愈合，平均愈合时间为13周。术后膝关节的平均活动范围为109°。根据Merchan膝关节功能评分标准，优15例，良7例，可3例，差1例。优良率为84．6％。结论闭合复位股骨逆行交锁髓内钉是治疗A型和C1、C2型股骨远端骨折较理想的手术方法。

Treatment of distal femoral fracture with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail

Objective To observe the effects of distal femoral fracture treated with closed reduction and retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail. Methods 26 distal femoral fractures were treated with closed reduction and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails. According to AO/ASIF classification system, there were 4 cases of type A1,6 type A2, 4 type A3, 5 type C1, 4 type C2 and 3 type C3. Results The follow-up period ranged from 6 to 30 months, and the mean follow-up time was 17 months. All fractures got cure, the mean treatment time was 13 weeks. Bone grafting was required in 4 cases. There was no postoperative infection. The range of motion （ROM） for knee. joint was 109° . According to Merchan＇s knee rating scale, the results were excellent in 15 cases, good in 7, fair in 3 and poor in 1, and the excellent and good rate was 84.6%.Conclusion It was an ideal method to treat distal femoral fracture （type A, type C1 and C2） with closed reduction and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail.
