钢管-RPC轴拉承载力试验研究

摘    要:为了确定钢管-钢纤维活性粉末混凝土(RPC)轴拉性能,通过共40根钢管-RPC试件的轴拉试验,对比分析了不同养护温度、钢纤维体积掺量和钢管壁厚的钢管-RPC轴拉试件的应变增长模式和破坏机理。研究结果表明,钢管-RPC轴拉荷载-应变增长模式与钢管混凝土类似;钢管-RPC初裂荷载约为峰值荷载的25%;钢管-RPC的轴拉极限承载力可参考钢管混凝土抗拉承载力的定义方法进行确定。

Abstract:In order to define the tensile behavior of reactive powder concrete-filled steel tube (RPCFST), the strain behavior and failure modes of RPC-FST were investigated by testing a total of 40 specimens under direct tension load with different curing temperatures, steel fiber volume contents and thicknesses of steel tube. It is shown from the test that, axial tension load-strain relationship of PRCFST is similar to that of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST); the cracking load is about 25 percent of peak load; the ultimate tensile resistant of RPC-FST can be specified by the method for CFST, which is simple and reliable, and can provide reference for engineering design.
