摘    要:节理面、软弱夹层和断层等地质不连续面是影响巷道掘进爆破效果的重要因素。根据岩体中应力波的传播理论,以某煤矿轨道下山为工程背景,利用LS-DYNA软件对倾角为68°、宽度为3 cm的节理岩体巷道掘进掏槽爆破进行模拟分析,验证了理论分析中节理面对爆炸应力波传播的影响。结果表明:节理面破坏了岩体的整体性,其背爆侧岩石破碎较弱,而迎爆侧由于节理的反射作用岩体破碎加剧。提出了掏槽孔中心直眼采用孔内间隔延期装药结构和?35 mm的炸药以增加掏槽爆破能量,合理布置炮孔、减少节理面附近炮孔装药量,并辅以增加炮孔深度、提高堵塞长度和质量等措施,延长了爆炸能量作用时间,提高了爆破效率。现场应用取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Geological discontinuities such as joints,weak intercalation and faults are the important factors affecting roadway drifting blasting effect.According to the propagation theory of stress wave in rock mass,taking a coal mine roadway downhill as the engineering background,LS-DYNA software was used to simulate and analyze the excavation blasting of jointed rock mass roadway with inclination angle of 68 degree and width 3 cm,and verify the influence of joints on the propagation of stress wave in theoretical analysis.The results show that the joint surface destroys the integrity of rock mass,and the rock fragmentation on the back side of blasthole is weak,and the rock mass breakup is aggravated by the reflection of joint on the side of the attack. Interval hole of cut holes adopted delay filling structure and ?35 mm explosive are used to increase cut blasting energy,the reasonable layout of blast hole,reduce amount of signal hole charge near the joint surface,and increasing blast hole depth,improve the length and quality of block,prolong the explosion energy function,improve the blasting efficiency.The field application has achieved good results.
