胆源性胰腺炎患者ERCP及相关治疗的护理

目的探讨胆源性胰腺炎患者ERCP术及相关治疗的术前、术后护理与手术顺利完成和术后顺利恢复的关系。方法总结分析2003年1月～2006年7月入住本院的26例急性胆源性胰腺炎的患者术前术后护理经验,找出其护理特点。结果26例患者均行ERCP,其中行鼻胆管引流(ENBD)11例,行乳头切开取石(EST)15例。未发生与操作相关的严重并发症。术前心理护理,可减少患者的心理压力;术前准备、术中配合是手术顺利进行的关键;术后护理是患者顺利恢复的保证。结论胆源性胰腺炎患者ERCP术及相关治疗的术前、术后护理是手术顺利完成和术后顺利恢复的保证。

The Nursing of ERCP and Correlated Treatment on Biliary Pancreatitis Patients

Objective To investigate the relation about the preoperative and postoperative care of ERCP and correlated treatment on biliary pancreatitis patients and blest operation and blest postoperative recuperative.Methods To analyze and summarize the nursing experience for 26 case biliary pancreatitis patients who were in our hospital from 2003-01 to 2006-07.And find out the nursing characteristic.Results The 26 case biliary pancreatitis patients were treated with ERCP,and 11 case patients were treated with ENBD, 15 case patients were treated with EST.There were not severity complication interrelated with operation. Preoperative mental nursing can lighten the acromegalic mental stress.The preoperative preparation and operation matching were the key point of blest operation.The postoperative care was the pledge of blest postoperative recuperative. Conclusion The preoperative and postoperative care of ERCP and correlated treatment on biliary pancreatitis patients were the pledge of blest operation and blest postoperative recuperative.
